This page explains what information Ddakcut collects, why, and what you can do about it. Ddakcut is a brand of Hotdeal Alliance (핫딜연합), a business in South Korea. In this policy, "we" means Ddakcut.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as your company, website, product details, files and project notes. We don't have a sign-up form or user accounts.
• Analytics. If analytics are on, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies and records how the site is used: pages viewed, the site that sent you here, approximate location (country or city), and device and browser type.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, send quotes, make and deliver your video, and send invoices.
• To understand which pages people visit so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and your choice

The only cookies we use for analytics are Google Analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before these cookies are set; we detect this from your browser's time zone, so it may not always be exact. Anyone can accept or decline at any time with Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your own browser.

Who else handles it

• Google — Google Analytics (site statistics) and Google Workspace (our email).
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Payment providers — PayPal or Payoneer, used for your invoice, only if you pay us.

These providers may process data outside South Korea, including in the United States. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep project emails and files while we work together and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records, such as invoices and tax. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
